1. Artwork is for personal use only unless discussed prior.2. Do not reupload my art without proper permission nor credit.3. I have the right to accept and decline commissions.4. The art i create cannot be used to train AI, NFTs or for any cryptocurrency.5. I may post finished commissions on my socials and use it for promotional display, unless the comm is stated to be private.
Process
1. DM me via Twitter (X), Discord or Ko-fi with the commission information.2. References and descriptions are highly encouraged.3. Revisions are unlimited in the sketching phase but will decrease to 3 during the coloring and rendering stage.4. Please be patient with me, process may take 7 - 21 days, may vary depending on my classes. T-T
Payment
1. Transactions will be done primarily through Paypal, Ko-fi and GCash for local transactions.2. There must be full payment upfront or 50% upfront, 50% after completion.3. If you decide to cancel a commission before sending the payment, there won't be any problems as long as you communicate with me.REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.
Privacy
1. The commissioner may state whether or not the commission is private.2. With a private commission, neither the finished piece nor progress photos will be made public.3. Both commissioner and artist agree not to leak each other's private information when the transaction happens.
